Dr. John F. Kozlovsky

Dr. John F. Kozlovsky is the medical director and owner of KDW Eye Consultants.  Dr. Kozlovsky specializes in cataract, glaucoma, and corneal/anterior segment disease.  Dr. Kozlovsky is a gifted surgeon performing over fifteen thousand cataract surgeries throughout his career.  Dr. Kozlovsky is also the Principal Investigator for Clinical Research Studies to determine new treatment drugs eye conditions. 

Dr. Kozlovsky received his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas following an internship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas Texas.  He completed his residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Dr. Kozlovsky is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist. He is also the Assistant Clinical Professor at UTHSCSA and UIW.

Dr. Kozlovsky’s hobbies include flying and spending time with his wife and two children Mia Isabela and John Aidan.
